Signed Agreement
The employer is responsible for signing various agreements, including the Demand Letter, Power of Attorney, Employment Contract, Service Agreement, or Guarantee Letter, with the Nepalese Manpower Company.
Step 2
Interview
Employers conduct interviews to assess the suitability of candidates for the desired job roles.
Step 3
Assist in Immigration Paperwork
Employers provide assistance in completing and processing immigration paperwork, such as work permits or visas, as per the rules and regulations of the respective country.
Step 4
Timely Pickup from Airport
Employers ensure timely pickup of recruited workers from the airport upon their arrival in the host country.
Step 5
Salary Disbursement
Employers are responsible for ensuring that workers receive their salaries on time, in accordance with the terms agreed upon in the employment contract.
Step 6
Ensure Compliance
Employers must adhere to all legal and regulatory requirements related to labor and employment in the host country, including providing a safe and conducive working environment for the recruited workers.
Step 7
Communicate Expectations
Employers communicate job expectations, roles, responsibilities, and any relevant company policies or procedures to the recruited workers.
Step 8
Address Issues
Employers promptly address any concerns, conflicts, or misunderstandings that may arise between the recruited workers and the employer, ensuring a conducive working relationship.
Step 9
Provide Support
Employers offer necessary support and guidance to recruited workers, facilitating their adjustment and integration into the workplace and local community.

Maintain Records

Step 1
